Northwest operates on a 24/7/365 basis; we are seeking team members who have the ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays dependent upon business needs. As a health care provider, we are located in states which have COVID-19 vaccine mandates/requirements for all team members who work within or enter health care facilities as part of their job responsibilities. Team members may request an exemption and accommodation for medical or religious reasons by following the appropriate process.
